These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aq66, accessible at https://aq66.bio ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and aq66 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

aq66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Platform or these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

To register and maintain an account with aq66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

aq66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false information in connection with eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with aq66. Creating duplicate accounts, multi-accounts, or using an account in the name of another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. aq66 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. You must notify aq66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

KYC Verification

aq66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days).

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

aq66 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Each bonus type may be claimed only once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed within the validity window specified for each bonus before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• aq66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence of abuse or misuse.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on aq66 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) in order to circumvent bonus restrictions or exploit platform promotions.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or engaging in match-fixing or sports fraud of any kind.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering or fraudulent payment activity.
• Impersonating another player, aq66 staff member, or any third party while interacting on or through the Platform.

aq66 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any detected prohibited activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and all associated balances will be frozen pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the aq66 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of aq66 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any aq66 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement actionable under applicable law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aq66, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if aq66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aq66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruption, acts of God, or regulatory intervention) may temporarily affect Platform availability. aq66 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such unavailability.

11. Amendments to These Terms

aq66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you visit the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a revision, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
